Caddick Construction is transforming a 16-storey residential scheme at Wellington Street in central Leeds, with the removal of unsafe cladding facade and the reinstallation of Building Safety Fund regulatory compliant materials.
This £24.5 million project at West Point will bring this building and the homes within it back to the market; a vital job and one that provides residents and property owners with safety and security.
Forming one of the largest recladding contracts outside of London, this 16-floor residential building will be fully inhabited throughout the project with Caddick Construction working considerately to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the build, with clear and direct lines of communication established for residents.
This Government funded project is due for completion November 2024, following a 97-week programme.
Providing residents with ews1 certification is the ultimate aim, a process only made possible through the procedures and safety regulation carried out by Caddick Construction, providing accountability and transparency throughout the construction process.
