We’re currently on site delivering Ashfield Mills, a new later living development in Bradford for client Anchor.
We are proud to be working on a project to deliver 75 high-quality apartments on Ashfield Road in Idle, Bradford on behalf of Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people in later life.
About the Project
The £20.7m development will provide a mix of apartments designed for later living, complete with communal amenities, landscaped areas, and dedicated car parking. The scheme has been carefully designed to support an active and independent lifestyle for its residents while enhancing the local area.
Construction is underway, with completion scheduled for 2027.
Procurement and Partnership
The project is being delivered via the NEPO Construction Works framework, providing Anchor with an efficient route to procure high-quality later living homes while ensuring value for money and adherence to the highest standards of design and construction.
