We’re proud to be delivering 50 new affordable homes in the heart of Wakefield city centre for our client, WDH.
The development will comprise 26 townhouses and 24 apartments, offering a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership options. Our sister company, Caddick Civil Engineering, has also been appointed to carry out the remediation and groundworks for the scheme.
OVERCOMING COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION CHALLENGES
The Chantry House development will transform a previously vacant site, playing a key role in creating the proposed Kirkgate Gateway into the city centre. The project supports Wakefield Council’s regeneration ambitions to establish a culturally vibrant community - a great place to live, work, and play - and contributes to building a fairer future for all.
