We have completed Crosspoint33, a major new industrial development in Knottingley, Wakefield, providing almost 1.4 million sq ft of floor space.
Located between the A1(M) and A162, just off Junction 33 of the M62, the site offers excellent access to local, regional, and national transport routes, making it a strategic hub for goods distribution.
High-Quality Industrial Facilities
The project included the construction of a single-storey warehouse and processing unit, three-storey office accommodation, a non-merchandise store, battery charging and recycling units, as well as comprehensive external works including hard standings, car parking, landscaping, and drainage. The warehouse and processing facility features a structural steel multi-span portal frame and glazing on three elevations of the mezzanine to provide natural light for the workforce.

Supporting Local Growth
Crosspoint33 forms part of a wider distribution network covering the UK and Central Europe, receiving and preparing products for onward distribution. The development is expected to create over 2,000 jobs in the area over the coming decade, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable industrial facilities that generate long-term economic and community benefits.
