Caddick Construction has been appointed to deliver Delamere Bestwood, in Nottingham, on behalf of Delamere Health
The development, based in Nottingham and delivered on behalf of Delamere Health, will provide specialist care and support to people experiencing addiction. Comprising of 32 residential rooms supported by treatment spaces, communal areas, and therapy gardens; the facility will support up to 416 guests per year using a compassionate, evidence-based method of treatment.
Supporting the community
Throughout this project, we will continue to invest in and support the local community through a targeted programme of social value initiatives. This will include the creation of three apprenticeships, seven employment opportunities, with a dedicated position to an individual facing barriers to employment. We will also uphold this commitment by engaging with local schools and colleges and volunteering at a community project, aiming to create lasting benefits.
