Caddick Construction has been appointed to deliver Tawd Valley, in Skeldemere, on behalf of Tawd Valley Developments
This development, based in White Moss Business Park, Skelmersdale, and delivered on behalf of Tawd Valley Developments, will project will provide 45 new commercial units, in addition to a new access road, on-site car parking, and a new electrical substation.
Economic Regeneration
Spanning over 100,000 square feet, this development will comprise of steel-clad units with an eaves height of 8 metres, creating space for a wide range of occupiers. Projected to supply a space capable of sustaining up to 125 jobs, this project is part of a wider aim to redevelop Skelmersdale, alongside a new solar farm and housing developments. Designed to support local businesses, this project will provide a solution to the shortage of smaller industrial units that has been holding back local business’ ability to grow. Encouraging expansion and attracting new investment into the area.

Key to this development is Caddick’s commitment to a more sustainable, greener future. High-quality landscaping, including external seating areas and a water-feature, creates a welcoming, eco-friendly environment. In line with modern sustainability standards, photovoltaic panels will be installed to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon output. Additionally, EV charging points will be installed alongside each unit.
