Caddick Hands Over Timpson’s New Max Spielmann Development

Caddick Construction has reached completion of a new £8m warehouse at Power Road at Bromborough International Business Park, which is set to become a new storage and distribution centre for Max Spielmann.

Completion of the 77,200 sq ft industrial development marks the conclusion of Caddick’s first project on behalf of the family-owned Timpson Group, which acquired Max Spielmann in 2008.

Construction work has seen Caddick create new warehousing for storage and distribution with internal mezzanine offices and car parking, allowing the printing specialist to strengthen its operations and prepare for future growth.

Power Road adds to Caddick Construction’s extensive delivery of industrial developments across the North West, which has seen the contractor build almost 4m sq ft of storage, logistics and warehousing space since the business launched in the region in 2015.

Caddick’s appointment to Timpson’s flagship Wirral project was marked in January this year with a groundbreaking ceremony that saw both family-owned businesses join together to mark the start of the build programme.
