Caddick delivered a new 77,400 sq ft warehouse for photo printing specialist Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, at Bromborough International Business Park.

Commissioned by the Timpson Group and marking the company’s first owned and occupied premises, this £8m development has provided modern warehousing and distribution space with internal mezzanine offices and upgraded parking facilities across a 9.5-acre site.

A New Home for a Growing Business

The scheme comprises a multi-gable steel portal frame warehouse with two loading docks, supporting Max Spielmann’s expanding operations. External works include new drainage infrastructure with a 620m³ attenuation tank, landscaping, and the refurbishment of 92 existing car parking spaces, alongside 12 new spaces, 6 motorcycle bays and 11 EV charging points.

Caddick were a great partner to deal with during the project, and the whole team on site were very professional and collaborative. This is an important investment to our business, and we were delighted with the way Caddick delivered our vision of a forever home for our photo business
