Caddick Construction delivered the high-profile Kirkstall Bridge Shopping Park in Leeds.
This scheme involved the creation of 120,000 sq ft of new retail space and an exciting destination for both retailers and shoppers. The scheme features a strong line-up of tenants including M&S, JD Sports, Trespass, Outfit, Pets at Home, Home Bargains, Costa Coffee, and PureGym.
Overview
Works included the demolition of the former BHS store, including the safe removal of asbestos-containing materials, followed by the design and construction of 16 retail units, a management office, and associated infrastructure. External works comprised access roads, concrete service yards with secure gated access and lighting, and a new reconfigured surface car park providing 356 spaces with high-quality soft and hard landscaping throughout.
