We’re currently on site at Isledane in Hull, delivering our second residential scheme for Hull City Council - a brand-new development of 34 high-quality homes for affordable rent.

This £7.9 million project includes the construction of new homes alongside all associated infrastructure, external works, and soft landscaping, creating a modern and welcoming community space.

Our sister company and groundwork specialist, Caddick Civil Engineering, has been appointed to deliver a £1.6 million preliminary groundworks package ahead of the main construction phase.

Delivering through frameworks

The Isledane development was procured through Efficiency North’s EN:Procure New Build Framework, providing a flexible and cost-effective route for housing delivery across the region.

Forming part of Hull City Council’s wider regeneration of Orchard Park, the scheme will provide energy-efficient, high-quality homes for social rent, with completion expected in 2027.
