Set on Dane Park Road in Hull, our latest development is delivering 99 high-quality affordable homes for Hull City Council, with completion and handover planned for Spring 2027.

The new neighbourhood will provide a mix of 20 one-bedroom, 49 two-bedroom, 20 three-bedroom, and 10 four-bedroom homes - all available for affordable rent. Our sister company, Caddick Civil Engineering, has also been appointed to complete the groundworks ahead of the main construction phase.

Sustainability is at the heart of the scheme, with every home featuring Air Source Heat Pumps and Photovoltaic (PV) roof panels, along with EV charging points to selected properties. The development also includes generous green spaces and the planting of over 250 trees across the surrounding area, creating a greener, more vibrant community.

We were appointed to the project through a Direct Selection under the EN:Procure New Build Framework, enabling early contractor involvement to de-risk the scheme and deliver the best possible value for Hull City Council.
