We are proud to be on site and delivering the design and construction of the new Crewe Youth Zone, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to supporting young people in the local community.

Our scope includes the full build of the Youth Zone building, together with all associated drainage and external works.

OVERCOMING COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION CHALLENGES

Located on a tight site in Crewe town centre

The project team have had to build the new facility in three phases due to site constraints.

The new Youth Zone will provide a safe, inspiring, and inclusive space for young people to socialise, learn, and develop new skills. The facility will include a sports hall, gym, recording studio, drama studio, and crafts room, offering a diverse range of activities and opportunities.

Once complete, the Youth Zone will create around 70 new jobs and is funded to cover its running costs for the first three years of operation. The project is set to open its doors to the community in Spring 2026.
