Caddick Construction delivered a new eight-storey, 2,227-space multi-storey car park at Alderley Park.

Alderley Park, is the UK’s largest bioscience campus near Macclesfield. The new multi-storey car park development supported the site’s growth and forms part of a wider travel plan to reduce congestion and improve connectivity.

Design & Construction

Built using a durable steel frame, the car park features high-quality materials chosen to complement the surrounding woodland and nearby buildings. Vertical feature fins and mixed façade treatments, including a living green wall, create visual interest and reflect the natural environment of the campus.

Sustainability & Public Realm

The facility provides accessible bays and electric vehicle charging points, supporting sustainable travel. External works included landscaping and public realm enhancements to improve pedestrian routes and green spaces across the site.
