Appointed by Goold Estates, we are delivering 166,500 sq. ft of modern urban logistics and industrial space off Brook Street in Bilston. The development will include 15 new units ranging from 2,513 to 64,466 sq. ft, designed to accommodate a variety of commercial uses.

Sustainability at the heart

Sustainability is central to the scheme, which is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings, and will feature LED lighting, photovoltaic roof panels, and electric vehicle charging points.
