We’re on site developing St Ann’s new hospice in Heald Green, beginning the main building works to replace the charity’s existing facility on St Ann’s Road North.

The project will deliver a modern 27-bedroom inpatient unit, providing care and support for people affected by life-limiting illnesses across Greater Manchester.

We are constructing two connected buildings linked by a corridor, featuring outpatient services, dedicated bereavement and family support spaces, all set within beautifully landscaped gardens.

The first building will house the main reception, café, kitchen, training facilities, offices, and a Being You Centre for outpatient services. The second building will accommodate the inpatient unit and family overnight rooms, offering comfort and privacy for patients and their loved ones.

Giving back to the community

Throughout the course of this project the Caddick North West team chose St Ann's Hospice as their charity of the year. Over this time, the team have worked tirelessly to help the hospice raise vital funds.

The team have arranged various initiatives from charity golf days and bake sales, to climbing Mount Snowdon and even cycling from Llandudno to Cardiff.

A fantastic £34,000 has been raised to help the charity meet their fundraising targets.
