We’re on site delivering T45, a new urban logistics development for Chancerygate, located just off the A63 in Leeds.

Set for completion in early 2026, the T45 scheme will introduce 23 state-of-the-art commercial units, ranging in size from 4,450 sq. ft to 34,000 sq. ft, designed to support and strengthen the local business community.

Overview

Construction is now underway on the 223,000 sq. ft development, which spans a prominent 11.1-acre site less than a mile from the M1 motorway, offering excellent connectivity for future occupiers.

T45 represents the fourth scheme we’ve delivered on behalf of Chancerygate, continuing our successful partnership in delivering high-quality, sustainable industrial and logistics spaces across the UK.
