Caddick Construction has delivered multiple phases of high-quality industrial space at Cross Green Industrial Estate in Leeds.

This area is one of the city’s most established logistics and manufacturing hubs, located just one mile from the M1 and Leeds city centre. The first phase comprised two speculative warehouse units totalling 117,500 sq ft, with Unit 1 at 55,000 sq ft and Unit 2 at 62,600 sq ft.

Caddick was awarded contracts for phases 2 and 3.

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, we were awarded a further two phases of work at this site. This involved adding a further 55,000 sq ft industrial warehouse and a 16,500 sq ft detached double portal-framed unit.

Each facility includes Grade A two-storey office accommodation, secure car parking, concrete service yards up to 50 metres deep, and a mix of dock levellers and ground-level loading bays. All units are designed and built to achieve a BREEAM “Very Good” rating under the latest 2014 standards.
