We’re currently on site delivering DPD’s new major distribution centre at Forrest Park.

We have started work on a 63,000 sqft warehouse unit at Forest Park in Newton Aycliffe on behalf of joint venture developer and investor Richardson Barberry.

This new build-to-suit Grade-A facility will help safeguard 125 existing jobs in County Durham and create up to 250 new roles, supporting long-term economic growth in the region.

Sustainability

Contributing to a greener future

Designed with sustainability at its core, the development is being built to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards, reflecting DPD’s commitment to environmentally responsible logistics operations.

Our sister company, Caddick Civil Engineering, has commenced a £2.7 million groundworks package, including earthworks, drainage, utilities, external works, and the construction of an estate road to the north of the site. This 38-week programme is now underway and forms an essential part of the overall development
