Caddick Construction is currently delivering Lumina Village, an exciting new residential development for Glenbrook in Manchester.

The scheme will provide 199 new homes, comprising 146 modern apartments across two contemporary blocks - one featuring ground-floor retail space - and 53 new townhouses, creating a vibrant and diverse mixed-use community. Once complete, Lumina Village will deliver high-quality, energy efficient homes that meet the needs of local residents while enhancing the surrounding area and contributing to the continued regeneration of Manchester.

Design & Construction

The development combines striking architecture with sustainable design principles, offering a mix of apartments and family homes set within landscaped public spaces. The integration of retail space at ground level will provide valuable amenities for residents.
