Caddick Construction has been appointed to deliver the Owlcoates scheme in Pudsey, Leeds, on behalf of Leeds Federated Housing Association.

The development will provide 54 high-quality, affordable homes, comprising a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom properties, designed to meet local housing demand. Located off Owlcotes Road, the scheme will transform a former greenfield and surplus land site into a sustainable new neighbourhood, incorporating landscaping and open space.

Supporting the community

Building on our community engagement delivered during the construction of Pudsey Sixth Form College last year, we will continue to invest locally through a targeted programme of social value initiatives. This will include work experience placements, careers information and guidance sessions as well as tailored support for local SMEs and VCSEs across business planning, finance, legal, HR and marketing.

We will also contribute to local causes helping to create lasting benefits for the Pudsey community.
