We’re on site delivering the first phase of the Stone Yard scheme for our sister company, Moda.

This phase includes the construction of 605 new homes across four blocks, with completion targeted for 2028. Future phases will see the total number of homes increase to 995, creating a vibrant, mixed-use community.
