We are currently on site delivering the first phase of Cole Waterhouse’s flagship regeneration project at Upper Trinity Street.

This 182,985 sq. ft residential scheme marks the start of a wider regeneration and will comprise 211 apartments in total, including 115 one-bedroom and 96 two-bedroom homes. Construction commenced following demolition and enabling works carried out by us.

Overview

Our contract includes the design and build of the apartments, amenities space, external works, and the creation of a shared courtyard, as well as management and fit-out services.

The development spans three individual blocks, with the tallest rising to 10 storeys, and is due for completion in Spring 2027.
