Caddick completed Wakefield 515, a 512,850 sq ft cross-docked logistics warehouse.

The development, just off junction 33 of the M62, providing excellent access to regional and national transport networks including the A1(M). The scheme included a 488,500 sq ft steel-framed warehouse, a 16,000 sq ft two-storey office, and an 8,000 sq ft hub office.

High-Quality, Sustainable Logistics Space

Sustainable features included rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient materials, a PV-ready roof, and LED motion-sensor lighting. The building achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and an EPC A rating. External works comprised a 350 sq ft gatehouse, 393 car spaces, 229 HGV trailer spaces, 8 electric vehicle bays, 8 level-access doors, and 80 dock doors.

Delivering Local Impact

We created approximately 500 full-time jobs and contributed £5.5 million to the local economy through employment alone, showcasing our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable facilities that generate lasting value for clients and the local community.

Our latest completed development has gone extremely smoothly. The Caddick team integrated with Panattoni to ensure a high-quality facility that had occupiers interested very early on.
